Why would anyone combine a rave with a wellness retreat? That was the question we asked ourselves. Everyone thought we were crazy. Honestly? We might have been.

The Problem We Couldn’t Ignore

We loved festivals. The music, the crowd, the feeling of thousands of people losing themselves in the same moment. But we always left feeling wrecked — depleted, foggy, worse than when we arrived.

We also loved wellness. The clarity after a cold plunge. The release of a breathwork session. The quiet power of a yoga class at sunrise. But wellness spaces felt lonely. Serious. Disconnected from the raw, electric joy of being alive.

So We Built the Bridge

The first Wellness Rave had no roadmap. We had a venue, a vision, and a handful of instructors brave enough to trust us. We had no idea what 500 people showing up to do yoga, ice baths, breathwork, and dancing in the same day would look like.

It looked like magic.

People who had never met became friends. People who hadn’t moved their bodies in years danced until the music stopped. The feedback hit us like a wave: “I’ve never experienced anything like this.” Neither had we.

The Journey So Far

Why Barcelona

Barcelona isn’t just where we live. It’s the only city in the world that could have birthed Wellness Rave. Early-morning surfers and midnight dancers. Rooftop yoga and underground clubs. A city that takes pleasure seriously and health personally.

When we ran the first edition, Barcelona didn’t just accept us. It adopted us.

The question we asked in the beginning — why can’t wellness feel like the best night of your life — has been answered. Loud and clear. The idea is no longer just an idea.
