Last updated: March 2026These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of tickets to, and attendance at, events organised by Wellness Rave S.L. (“Wellness Rave”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing a ticket or attending any Wellness Rave event, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before purchasing a ticket.

Our events are ticketed wellness and electronic music experiences. All ticketing is managed through our platform partner, Luma.
2. Ticket Purchases & Pricing
Tickets for Wellness Rave events are sold exclusively through our official ticketing partner, Luma, at luma.com/wellnessrave3.
- Ticket prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change for future sales without prior notice.
- Your purchase is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from Luma. This email serves as your proof of purchase.
- By completing a ticket purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Luma’s own terms of service also apply to your ticket purchase. Please review them at lu.ma/terms.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in the circumstances described below.
Organiser cancellation: If Wellness Rave S.L. cancels an event, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the face value of their ticket.
Ticket transfers: You may transfer your ticket to another person. To request a name change, email hello@wellnessrave.com before the event date.
Programme changes: Changes to the artist line-up, schedule, or programme do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under Spanish consumer protection law.
4. Event Entry & Age Requirements
- Wellness Rave events are strictly 18+ (eighteen years of age and older).
- Valid government-issued photo identification (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) is required for entry. Attendees who cannot provide valid ID will be refused entry without refund.
- Entry is subject to capacity limits imposed by the venue and applicable safety regulations. Possession of a ticket does not guarantee entry if the venue has reached its legal capacity.
- Wellness Rave S.L. and its authorised staff reserve the right to refuse entry to any person without obligation to provide a reason.
5. Code of Conduct
Wellness Rave is a welcoming, inclusive, and wellness-focused environment. All attendees are expected to treat fellow attendees, staff, and performers with respect and dignity.
Zero tolerance policy: Wellness Rave S.L. operates a zero tolerance policy toward harassment, discrimination (on any grounds), threatening behaviour, physical violence, and any conduct that endangers the safety or wellbeing of others.
Removal from event: Event staff and security personnel are authorised to remove any attendee from the event at any time for misconduct or violation of these standards. Removed attendees will not be entitled to a refund.
All attendees must comply with the reasonable instructions of event staff, security personnel, and venue management at all times.
6. Alcohol, Substances & Personal Safety
- Alcohol may be available for purchase at the venue in accordance with applicable Spanish licensing laws and the venue’s own policies.
- Attendees are individually responsible for their own safety, health, and conduct throughout the event.
- Wellness Rave S.L. reserves the right to refuse service to, or remove from the event, any person who appears to be under the influence of substances in a manner that poses a risk to themselves or to others.
- Attendees are encouraged to stay hydrated, take breaks, and make use of any wellbeing services available at the event.
7. Photography, Video & Media Release
By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending a Wellness Rave event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Notice at entry: You will be informed that photography and filming is taking place via clearly visible signage posted at the venue entrance.
Permitted use: Wellness Rave S.L. and its authorised photographers and videographers may photograph and film the event, including attendees. The resulting images, video footage, and recordings may be used for:
- Our official website (wellnessrave.com)
- Social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Promotional materials (digital and print)
- Press and media coverage
- Paid advertising campaigns
No compensation: No payment or other compensation is owed to attendees for the use of their image or likeness in connection with the above promotional activities.
Legal basis: This activity is carried out on the basis of Wellness Rave S.L.’s legitimate interest in promoting its events (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), as further described in our Privacy Policy.
Removal requests: If you appear in a specific photo or video and wish to request its removal, please email hello@wellnessrave.com with a description or copy of the content. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Liability Waiver
Attendance at Wellness Rave events is at the individual attendee’s own risk.
Wellness Rave S.L. is not liable for:
- Personal injury or illness suffered at or in connection with the event, unless caused by our negligence
- Theft, loss, or damage to personal property at the event
- Any indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wellness Rave S.L.’s total liability to any individual attendee shall not exceed the price paid by that attendee for their ticket.
Exceptions — nothing in these Terms limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under Spanish consumer protection legislation (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007)
9. Event Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure
Programme and venue changes: Wellness Rave S.L. reserves the right to modify the artist line-up, programme, venue, or date of an event. Where material changes are made, ticket holders will be notified by email as soon as reasonably practicable.
Organiser cancellation: If Wellness Rave S.L. cancels an event, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the face value of their ticket. Wellness Rave S.L. is not responsible for any additional costs such as travel or accommodation expenses.
Force majeure: If an event is cancelled or cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government orders, pandemic, civil emergency, or venue closure — refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable Spanish consumer protection law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). Wellness Rave S.L. is not liable for extraordinary costs incurred by attendees, including pre-booked travel or accommodation.
10. Intellectual Property
The Wellness Rave name, logo, branding, visual identity, and all content published on wellnessrave.com are the intellectual property of Wellness Rave S.L., unless otherwise indicated.
No reproduction, distribution, adaptation, or other use of any Wellness Rave intellectual property is permitted without the prior written consent of Wellness Rave S.L.
Artists and performers retain all rights to their own musical performances and recordings. Nothing in these Terms grants attendees any rights in relation to event performances.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
Business disputes: Any dispute between Wellness Rave S.L. and a non-consumer party shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
Consumer rights: Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights of consumers. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of domicile in accordance with EU Regulation 1215/2012 (Brussels I Recast). EU consumers may also access the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any formal dispute process. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.
