What We Applied For

Wellness Rave 3 is targeting the record for the largest simultaneous wellness event in history — combining movement, breathwork, cold exposure, music, and community in a single venue, at a single time, with 4,000 people participating together.

No one has done this at this scale. We checked.

Why It Matters

A Guinness World Record isn’t just a certificate on a wall. It’s a line in history. It says: this happened, here, on this day, and it was unlike anything before it.

For a movement that’s only a few years old, that means everything. Every person who shows up on June 14 becomes part of something that will be documented forever.

The Attempt

On June 14, 2026 at Sea Sea Club, Barcelona, 4,000 people will participate in a simultaneous guided wellness session — movement, breathwork, and cold exposure — with an official Guinness World Records adjudicator present to verify and certify the record.
