Wellness Rave is scaling fast. What started as a movement in Barcelona is just the start — we’re building toward something much bigger across Europe. More people resonate with what we’re building every month. More brands want in. More people from around the world are reaching out wanting to collaborate. We need the right person to own the partnerships side of what comes next.

Why This Role, Why Now

WR1: 520 people. WR2: 840. WR3 targeting 3,000 and the demand isn’t stopping at Barcelona.

Partnerships are not a side function at Wellness Rave. The brands we choose to work with, the activations they bring, the relationships we build — all of it shapes what the community experiences on the day. That curation is part of what makes WR different from every other wellness event.

We’ve done it well so far. Lululemon. YoPRO. Honest Greens. Hyperice. Barry’s. These aren’t just logo placements — they’re partners who show up, activate, and add to the experience.

Now we need someone to own that side of the business as we scale.

This is not a junior role.

We need someone experienced — someone who has closed before, who understands brand strategy rather than just sales, who knows the difference between a sponsor and a real partner. And who can build the second kind.

You live and breathe brand. You move fast. You want to work on something that actually means something — a brand building culture, not just events.

If you’ve built and closed partnerships that went beyond logo placements, if you know how to create real value for a brand inside a community, and if you want a front-row seat to something scaling fast across Europe — this is the role.
