Two people go to two festivals on the same Saturday.

One comes home wired, sunburned, and three days behind on sleep. The other comes home calm, tired in the good way, and somehow ahead on the week. Same city. Same age. Same love of a good crowd and a loud speaker.

The difference was what they walked into.

From the outside, a wellness festival and a music festival can look like the same thing: a crowd, a stage, a DJ, a wristband, a field or a club full of people who came to feel something together. The overlap is real, and it is growing every year. But the two are built around opposite ideas of what a great day is supposed to do to your body. One is designed to spend your energy. The other is designed to give it back.

This is the full breakdown of what actually separates a wellness festival from a music festival, why the line between them is starting to blur, and how to know which one you actually want this weekend.

What is a wellness festival?

A wellness festival is a live event built around active wellbeing, set to music. Movement, recovery, and human connection are the main attractions, and a DJ soundtracks all of it.

A typical wellness festival day runs something like this. Yoga and mobility flows in the morning. High-intensity movement and functional training blocks. Breathwork sessions that walk a room of strangers through their own nervous systems. A recovery zone with ice baths, compression therapy, and massage. Healthy food and matcha instead of a beer tent. And underneath everything, music: live DJ sets, often played through a silent headphone system so a calm yoga flow and a full dance set can happen a few meters apart without colliding.

The defining feature is that you take part in it. You are not there to watch a performer. You are there to move, sweat, plunge, breathe, and dance yourself, alongside everyone else in the room. The whole event is engineered around one promise: you leave in better shape than you arrived.

Wellness festivals sit inside a wider cultural shift sometimes called the “festivalization of wellness,” where the tools that used to live in a quiet studio or a clinical spa get pulled into a loud, social, high-energy format. The Global Wellness Summit named it one of the defining trends of the decade. The category is young, but it is moving fast.

What is a music festival?

A music festival is built around the lineup. The artists are the product. The stage is the center of gravity, and everything else, the food, the bars, the art installations, the camping, orbits the schedule of who is playing when.

You go to a music festival to see and to hear. The best moments are the ones where a track you love drops in front of a crowd of thousands and the whole field moves at once. It is one of the great modern experiences, and nothing here is meant to take anything away from it. Music festivals have given people some of the most euphoric nights of their lives for sixty years.

But the design goal is the show. Your body is the thing that carries you between stages and keeps you upright until the headliner. Recovery, sleep, and how you feel on Monday are not part of the program. They are your problem, to be solved later.

The time of day changes everything

Music festivals belong to the night. Doors in the afternoon, the headliner near midnight, the best moment somewhere in the dark. The crowd peaks when the sun is long gone and the day is basically over.

Wellness festivals belong to the morning. Ours start at 10am. You move while the day is still fresh, and you are home with the whole afternoon still in front of you. The event is built around the hours when your body actually wants to move, wake up, and produce energy, not the hours when it is fighting to stay awake.

This one choice, morning versus night, quietly shapes almost everything else on this list. Morning is why the food is real instead of fried. Morning is why the fuel is matcha instead of a fourth drink. Morning is why you go home better instead of broken. Start a party at 10am and the entire physics of the day changes.

You take part instead of watching

At a music festival you face forward. The energy pours off the stage and washes over the crowd. For most of the day, you are an audience, and the quality of your experience depends heavily on the person performing.

At a wellness festival, you are the show. You are the one doing the yoga flow, sweating through the HIIT block, gasping through the first ten seconds of the ice bath, dancing in a silent disco with headphones on. Nobody is performing at you. Everybody is doing it together, at the same time, in the same room. The energy is not delivered to the crowd. The crowd generates it.

There is a real mechanism underneath this. Sociologists call it collective effervescence, the specific charge that builds when a group moves or acts in sync. Moving your body in rhythm with other people is one of the oldest bonding tools humans have, older than language. It is why armies march, why crowds chant, why a room doing burpees together feels closer by the end than a room that spent the day standing side by side facing a stage.

You feel the difference in your body. A music festival gives you a great crowd to stand in. A wellness festival makes you part of the engine.

Music does a different job

This is where most people get a wellness festival wrong. They assume it is quiet. It is not.

There are DJs playing all day. There is a silent headphone system, which is the piece of technology that makes the whole format work: every person wears a headset, so a grounding breathwork session and a peak-energy dance set can run meters apart without bleeding into each other. When you want it loud, it is loud, right up against your ears with zero crowd noise. When the facilitator speaks, the music ducks under their voice. You can switch channels between the calm floor and the party floor by pressing a button on your ear.

The music is real, and it is often better mixed than what you hear over a giant PA in an open field. What changes is the job the music is doing. At a music festival, the music is the destination. Everyone is there for it. At a wellness festival, the music is the engine that drives the movement: the beat you breathe to, stretch to, sprint to, and cool down to. Same DJ energy, pointed at your nervous system instead of at a light rig.

Recovery is built into the day

Ask someone to show you the recovery zone at a music festival. There isn’t one. Recovery happens later, at home, over several days, whether you planned for it or not. The festival takes; the recovery is unmanaged and entirely on you.

At a wellness festival, recovery is a station on the map, staffed and scheduled on purpose. Ice baths for cold water immersion. Compression boots that flush your legs. Massage therapists working through the day. A rest area built for actually resting. The structure is deliberate: you do the hard thing, you actively recover from it, then you go again. The comedown is engineered out of the day instead of dumped on your Sunday.

That recovery equipment is not decoration. Cold water immersion and breathwork both work directly on the nervous system, nudging your body out of fight-or-flight and into the recovery state where it can actually reset. A short, sharp cold plunge followed by controlled breathing is one of the fastest ways to downshift a stressed body. A music festival has no interest in doing that for you. A wellness festival treats it as the main event.

What you put in your body

A big music festival tends to run on borrowing. Late nights, dehydration, often alcohol, sometimes more. The high is delivered from the outside, and it is powerful, but it comes with a bill. That is not a moral point. It is a physiological one. What goes up on Saturday has to come down, and the interest is charged on Sunday and Monday.

A wellness festival runs on the opposite fuel. Movement, cold exposure, breathwork, real food, water, matcha and specialty coffee instead of a fourth drink. The euphoria is endogenous, which is a technical way of saying your own body makes it: endorphins from the training, adrenaline and dopamine from the cold, the calm that follows controlled breathing. It is a genuine high. It just does not require anything you have to recover from.

The morning-after test

Here is the honest, single measure of the whole difference. Ask how you feel the next day.

After a music festival, the day itself can be one of the best of your year, and you can still lose most of the following week to it. Sleep debt, dehydration, the slow grey comedown. Everyone who has done it knows the trade.

After a wellness festival, the morning after does not feel like a repair job. It feels like a head start. You slept well because you moved hard and finished early. Your body spent the day producing the good chemicals instead of borrowing them. You wake up on Sunday further ahead than when you started the weekend.

If a music festival is a withdrawal, a wellness festival is a deposit. That is the cleanest way we have found to describe it.

Where the two are starting to blur

None of this is a clean line anymore, and that is the most interesting part of the whole conversation.

Music festivals have noticed. The big ones now build wellness areas, run sunrise yoga, and park cold-plunge trucks near the campsites. Sober and sober-curious raves are one of the fastest-growing corners of nightlife, driven by a younger generation drinking far less than the one before it. Morning dance parties like Daybreaker built a global following on the simple idea of a rave that ends before work instead of after it. Run clubs that finish with a DJ set, breathwork sessions inside nightclubs, silent discos on the beach at sunrise: all of it is the same shift showing up in different clothes.

The underlying want is consistent. People still want the euphoria, the crowd, the music, the release. They have simply stopped wanting to pay for it with their entire week. The wellness festival is what you get when you keep the euphoria and design out the cost.

Barcelona has become one of the natural homes for this. It is a city with a serious nightlife DNA and an equally serious wellness one, and for a long time those two scenes never met. Beach mornings, run clubs, cold plunges, world-class electronic music, and a population that genuinely cares about how it feels: it was only a matter of time before someone put all of it in the same room on the same morning.

So which one is right for you?

Both are worth your time. They just answer different questions.

Go to a music festival when you want the lineup, the spectacle, the late-night release, the specific artist you have waited months to see, and you have a clear Sunday to recover afterward. Nothing replaces a headliner at midnight in front of a hundred thousand people.

Go to a wellness festival when you want the crowd and the music and the collective high, but you also want to feel good on Monday. When you would rather leave a party with more energy than you brought to it. When the version of the weekend you are after includes being able to function on the other side of it.

For a lot of people, the honest answer is both, at different times. The point is not that one is better. The point is that they are no longer the same thing, and knowing the difference means you can actually choose the day you want.

Wellness Rave: the morning version of the party

Wellness Rave is our answer to the second version of that question.

It is a morning in Barcelona where movement, music, and recovery run side by side all day. Yoga, HIIT, and breathwork in parallel with continuous DJ sets. A silent headphone system so you can move between the calm floor and the dance floor by pressing a button. Ice baths and compression in a full recovery zone. Real food and matcha. A crowd of a few thousand strangers who all leave feeling like they got a head start on the week instead of a hole in it.

We describe it as a festival for your nervous system, because that is literally what it is built to do. Three editions in, each one sold out, because it turns out a lot of people were quietly waiting for the version of the party that gives energy back.

You leave more energized than you arrived. That is the entire point.

A nervous system reset is not a bubble bath. Here is what dysregulation actually is, why willpower cannot fix it, and the five things that genuinely downshift your body out of stress mode.

The post How to reset your nervous system when stress won’t switch off appeared first on Wellness Rave.

You slept eight hours and still woke up wired. More sleep is not the fix. Your nervous system is stuck in the on position, and it does not read your calendar.

Most people treat stress like a scheduling issue. Clear the calendar, take a day off, book a massage, and it will pass. Sometimes it does. Often it doesn’t, because the thing running the show sits far below your to-do list. It is your autonomic nervous system, and it responds to signals, not intentions.

A nervous system reset is what happens when you give that system the specific signals it needs to come down out of stress mode. Not distraction. Not willpower. Signals. This is a short guide to what those signals actually are.

What a dysregulated nervous system actually is

Your autonomic nervous system has two branches. The sympathetic branch is the accelerator: heart rate up, breath shallow, muscles ready, cortisol released. This is fight or flight, and it is supposed to be temporary. The parasympathetic branch is the brake: heart rate down, digestion on, breathing slow, body in repair. This is rest and recover.

The design works when the two take turns. Stress spikes, you handle the thing, and the brake brings you back down.

Modern life breaks the turn-taking. The threats now are emails, deadlines, group chats, and infinite scroll, and none of them ever fully resolve. So the accelerator stays half-pressed all day. Your body never gets the all-clear. That state, running the stress response with no off switch, is what people mean by a dysregulated nervous system.

You know the signs. Tired but wired. A racing mind at 2am. A short fuse over small things. Tight shoulders you cannot consciously drop. Feeling flat and overstimulated at the same time. None of these are character flaws. They are a physiological readout.

Why you cannot think your way out of it

Here is the part that trips everyone up. The stress response is faster than thought and runs below it. By the time your conscious brain says “calm down,” your body has already made its decision.

That is why telling yourself to relax almost never works, and why a weekend of doing nothing can leave you just as tense on Monday. The reset happens in the body, through inputs it is wired to respond to automatically, well below the level of conscious planning.

The good news: those inputs are known, they are physical, and you have direct access to most of them. Here are the five that do the most work.

Five ways to genuinely reset your nervous system

1. Breath, because it is the one manual override you have

Breathing is the only part of the autonomic system you can control on purpose. That makes it the fastest way in. Slow, long exhales are the key. When your exhale is longer than your inhale, you stimulate the vagus nerve, the main cable of the parasympathetic brake, and your heart rate drops within seconds.

Try it now. Inhale for four counts, exhale for eight, for two minutes. That is not a party trick. It is a direct instruction to your body that the threat is over. Breathwork done in a group, with a facilitator, tends to go deeper because you are not managing it alone.

2. Movement, to burn off the chemistry of stress

Fight or flight floods your system with adrenaline and cortisol and prepares your muscles to run or fight. If you never run or fight, that chemistry has nowhere to go. It sits in the body as tension.

Intense movement completes the loop your ancestors would have finished by sprinting away from the threat. A hard HIIT block, a run, or a heavy training session tells your body the danger has been dealt with. This is why people feel genuinely settled after exercise, not just tired. You metabolized the stress instead of storing it.

3. Cold exposure, to train the response itself

Cold water is a controlled dose of stress. When you get into an ice bath, your sympathetic system fires hard: sharp inhale, racing heart, every instinct telling you to get out. Then, if you stay and slow your breath, something shifts. Your body finds calm inside the intensity.

That is the training effect. Cold exposure teaches your nervous system that it can be activated and then return to baseline on command. Over time your resting state gets steadier and your recovery from everyday stress gets faster. The plunge itself also triggers a lasting rise in mood-regulating chemistry once you are out and warm.

4. Sound and quiet, to drop the input load

A dysregulated nervous system is often just an overloaded one. Notifications, traffic, screens, and open loops keep the accelerator engaged through sheer volume of input.

Sound baths and guided meditation work by doing the opposite. Steady, low-frequency sound gives the brain a single, predictable thing to track, and the internal chatter quiets. Heart rate slows. Brainwaves shift toward the slower patterns of deep rest. Twenty minutes of this can do more for a fried nervous system than an evening of what most people call relaxing, which is usually a screen delivering more input.

5. Other people, the signal we forget

Your nervous system is constantly reading whether you are safe, and one of its oldest cues is other humans. Co-regulation is the term: when you are around calm, present people, your body borrows their state. A regulated group settles the individuals in it.

This is why moving, breathing, or resting alongside other people lands differently than doing it alone in your living room. Connection is not a nice extra on top of the wellness. For the nervous system, it is part of the mechanism.

The reset works best when the signals stack

Notice the pattern. None of these is exotic. Breath, movement, cold, sound, connection. What matters is that they are physical inputs your body responds to below the level of thought, and they compound. Breathe, then move, then plunge, then let sound bring you down, all in one session with other people, and you give your system every off signal it recognizes, in sequence.

That stacking is the whole idea behind Wellness Rave®. A morning that runs yoga, breathwork, high-intensity movement, ice baths, and sound baths back to back, set to live music, with a room full of people doing it together. Not because any single piece is new, but because doing them in one deliberate arc is what an actual reset looks like. We call it a festival for your nervous system, and we mean it literally.

You do not need an event to start, though. Pick one thing from this list and do it today. The longer exhale is free and takes two minutes.

Your nervous system is not broken. It is doing exactly what it was built to do. It has just forgotten it is allowed to stop. Give it the signal.

Over 8,000 fruit trees are growing in Kenyan schoolyards right now. Every one of them started with someone buying a ticket to Spain’s biggest wellness festival in Barcelona.

When you buy a ticket to Wellness Rave, we plant 2 fruit trees in Kenya, with the support of two partners who handle the work on the ground: TreeSixty and Nature Lover. They plant the trees in schools across the country, and teach the kids how to plant, grow and look after them. Those trees give the communities food, shade, and a healthier place to grow up.

Here is the part we keep coming back to. Choosing your own well-being usually stops with you. Better sleep, a calmer head, a stronger body. All good, all yours. But the best version of looking after yourself doesn’t end with you. It reaches the people around you, and people you’ll never meet. The same choice that’s good for your nervous system on June 14 is good for a child thousands of kilometers away, and for the ground they live on.

2 trees per ticket · 8,000+ trees planted with our partners · schools across Kenya

A fruit tree does more than the number suggests. A mango or avocado tree can feed a family for decades. It shades a classroom. It pulls carbon out of the air and holds the soil in place. And a kid who plants one at eight years old gets to watch it grow up next to them.

Sónar. Primavera. The clubs. Barcelona in June is already a festival city. Here is the morning event that belongs on the same week.

Barcelona in June is, above anything else, a festival city. Sónar brings tens of thousands of people from across Europe for three days of electronic music, art, and technology. Primavera Sound closes May and opens June with some of the biggest live acts of the year. The summer club scene runs through the night with lineups that compete with any city on the continent.

If you are coming to Barcelona this June for any of that, or if you are looking for something with festival energy and none of the passive standing-in-a-crowd that comes with it, read this before you finalise your schedule. For all event information, schedules, and tickets: app.wellnessrave.com

Wellness Rave 3 — June 14, Sea Sea Club

Wellness Rave 3 is a full-production morning festival: multiple stages, live DJs, a silent headphone system running simultaneously across zones, and four thousand people who came to feel something rather than just watch something.

The event runs on Saturday, June 14 at Sea Sea Club, one of Barcelona’s defining venues on the Mediterranean waterfront, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the Wellness Rave Afterparty from 6:00 PM until 2:00 AM.

If you spent Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at Sónar, June 14 morning is the event that closes the week correctly. If you are looking for something with the energy of a festival and a reason to wake up early instead of sleeping through the city, this is what that looks like.

The Stages and the Lineup

Wellness Rave 3 runs across multiple stages simultaneously, made possible by the silent headphone system that has been central to the event since the beginning. You choose your zone, your intensity, your pace.

Les Mills holds the Club Stage and Terrace for the full day. Four sessions: BODYCOMBAT at 10:00, BODYBALANCE at 11:30, BODYPUMP at 13:00, and LES MILLS HIIT at 15:00. Les Mills is one of the world’s leading fitness programming brands. The stage sponsor equivalent of a headliner.

The Wellness Playground runs alongside: yoga, a Yin Yoga and Sound Bath session, Pilates Core, breathwork, and the Regulation and Reset Zone, a dedicated space built around stillness inside an otherwise high-energy festival.

The Ice Bath Experience and Compression Recovery sessions are bookable through the Wellness Rave app. Capacity is limited. They fill.

The Silent Disco runs across zones using the wireless headphone system, so the music follows you through every part of the venue.

The Brands

lululemon opens the day. On June 14, lululemon hosts the Opening Ceremony of Wellness Rave 3 and releases the Wellness Rave x lululemon Summer Collection 2026, a highly limited drop exclusive to WR3 participants at Sea Sea Club. No online store. No second drop. If you are not there, you cannot get it.

Loop Earplugs is the Official Hearing Partner, present in the Regulation and Reset Zone. In a festival that runs on sound, Loop means you can take the full experience without the days of ringing that usually follow.

Honest Greens is inside the Wellness Gift Box. Nacomi brings skincare to the activation zones. Les Mills holds the main stage.

The Wellness Gift Box

Every ticket includes a Wellness Gift Box on arrival. Honest Greens, Loop Earplugs, and partner products confirmed ahead of the event.

The Wellness Rave Afterparty

The day does not stop at 5:00 PM. The Wellness Rave Afterparty runs from 6:00 PM until 2:00 AM at Sea Sea Club, a full transition from morning festival to night event in the same venue. If you are already in Barcelona for the June festival circuit, this is how you close a week that started at Sónar and ends exactly where it should.

Tickets

Tickets are at lu.ma/wellnessrave3. The first two editions of Wellness Rave sold out. WR3 has 4,000 places and is selling toward June 14.

Most people spend June 14 thinking about what to wear, which sessions to book, and how early to arrive at Sea Sea Club. Loop asks a different question: how do you want to feel when the day is over?

Loop Earplugs is the Official Hearing Partner of Wellness Rave 3. A brand built on the conviction that protecting your hearing should never mean disconnecting from the world around you, Loop has redefined what it means to be present in loud spaces without paying for it afterward. Their technology reduces volume without killing the experience. You hear the music, the voices, the room. You just hear it at a level your body can sustain.

Loop will be inside the Wellness Gift Box. Every attendee who picks one up will find Loop inside, alongside everything else we have curated for the morning. It is the kind of thing you might not have thought to bring, and the kind of thing you will be grateful to have.

The part we are most proud of is the Regulation and Reset Zone.

Inside the Wellness Playground at Sea Sea Club, Loop is activating a dedicated space. Not a booth. Not a banner. A moment of stillness inside an otherwise high-energy festival. This is the corner of the Playground where the day slows down, where the nervous system gets a chance to recalibrate, and where the Loop brand fits with a kind of precision that is hard to manufacture. They did not sponsor a stage. They sponsored stillness.

Wellness Rave 3 is June 14 at Sea Sea Club, Barcelona. Tickets at lu.ma/wellnessrave3

If you have been to Wellness Rave, you already know what it looks like when a brand actually shows up. Not a logo on a banner and a table in the corner. A presence. An intention. Something that changes the texture of the day.

lululemon has been at Wellness Rave since the first edition. For WR3, they are not just coming back. They are opening the show.

On June 14, lululemon hosts the Opening Ceremony of Wellness Rave 3. The moment the day begins. The moment the music starts, the space shifts, and the morning becomes something worth waking up early for. There is no better stage, and no better partner, to set the tone for what follows.

The Wellness Rave x lululemon Summer Collection 2026 drops on the day. Exclusively available to Wellness Rave 3 participants, highly limited. If you are not at Sea Sea Club on June 14, you cannot get it.

The collection releases the moment lululemon opens the event. No app. No online store. No second drop.

Honest Greens was there at the first edition. They’re back for the third and this time, they’re coming inside the box.

After collaborating with us at Wellness Rave 1, Barcelona’s leading real food restaurant returns for WR3 as our Wellness Gift Box Partner. Every attendee who picks up a Wellness Gift Box will find a curated surprise from Honest Greens waiting inside.

Honest Greens has spent years building something rare: a food brand that doesn’t compromise. No additives. No sugars. No pretence. Just real food, done right. Across ten Barcelona locations and counting, they’ve been quietly proving that eating healthy doesn’t have to feel like a sacrifice, it just has to be done honestly.

That’s why they keep coming back to Wellness Rave. The community is the same one they’ve been building for: People who move with intention, eat with awareness, and hold the things they put into their body to a higher standard.

June 14. Sea Sea Club, Barcelona. Get your tickets →

Wellness Rave is scaling fast — and we need someone to own the partnerships side of what's building across Europe.

The post We’re Hiring: Senior Partnership Manager appeared first on Wellness Rave.

Wellness Rave is scaling fast. What started as a movement in Barcelona is just the start — we’re building toward something much bigger across Europe. More people resonate with what we’re building every month. More brands want in. More people from around the world are reaching out wanting to collaborate. We need the right person to own the partnerships side of what comes next.

The community that shows up every time — WR2, Beso Pedralbes

Why This Role, Why Now

WR1: 520 people. WR2: 840. WR3 targeting 3,000 and the demand isn’t stopping at Barcelona.

Partnerships are not a side function at Wellness Rave. The brands we choose to work with, the activations they bring, the relationships we build — all of it shapes what the community experiences on the day. That curation is part of what makes WR different from every other wellness event.

We’ve done it well so far. Lululemon. YoPRO. Honest Greens. Hyperice. Barry’s. These aren’t just logo placements — they’re partners who show up, activate, and add to the experience.

Now we need someone to own that side of the business as we scale.

“You’ll be the person brands call when they want to be in the room with our community.”

What You’ll Own

01

Partnership strategyAcross WR editions, cities, and verticals — building the engine as we expand

02

Outreach and closingIdentifying, pitching, and converting brand relationships that actually fit

03

Account managementFrom first conversation to on-day activation and post-event follow-through

04

Founding team accessWorking directly with Stavros and Arya on growth strategy and expansion

Who We’re Looking For

This is not a junior role.

We need someone experienced — someone who has closed before, who understands brand strategy rather than just sales, who knows the difference between a sponsor and a real partner. And who can build the second kind.

You live and breathe brand. You move fast. You want to work on something that actually means something — a brand building culture, not just events.

If you’ve built and closed partnerships that went beyond logo placements, if you know how to create real value for a brand inside a community, and if you want a front-row seat to something scaling fast across Europe — this is the role.

What This Role Is

Ground-floor. Real ownership. Real upside.

Barcelona-based or hybrid. You’ll work alongside the founding team with direct access to the community, the strategy, and the brand.

Any open questions, reach out to Stavros directly.

Apply Now →

We hadn’t announced anything yet.

No campaign. No press. No paid ads. Just the idea alive on our socials — and 300,000 people found it in the first week.

That number surprised us. And then it made complete sense.

Because the thing we’re building? People have been waiting for it.

We’re tired of the same story.

For years, the best music experiences in this country have been tied to one thing: nightlife. Late nights. Alcohol. The kind of fun that leaves you wrecked the next day.

We love electronic music. We love the energy of a crowd moving together. We love what happens when a DJ locks in and the whole room feels it.

But we don’t want to recover from the experience. We want to leave it feeling better than when we arrived.

That’s the gap we’re filling.

What Wellness Rave actually is.

It’s a morning festival. Doors open at 10am. You move your body, you breathe, you sweat, you rest — and the whole time there’s a DJ playing live and the energy in the room is exactly what you’d feel at a rave, except you’re doing yoga, or an ice bath, or a HIIT session, or breathwork.

You spend the whole day exploring. You try things you’ve never tried. You connect with brands that are genuinely building something around health and performance. You learn more about your body and your mind — not through a lecture, through experience.

And when you leave, you’re not destroyed. You’re switched on. You’re ready to start the week as the best version of yourself.

That’s the mission.

Connect with people who share the same values.

The thing nobody talks about enough: the people in the room matter.

When you show up to Wellness Rave, you’re surrounded by people who chose to spend their Saturday morning doing something that makes them feel good. Founders. Athletes. Creatives. People who care.

There’s a tribe here. And 300,000 people found us before we said a word because they were already looking for it.

Barcelona is just the beginning.

Wellness Rave 3 is happening June 14, 2026, at Sea Sea Club in Barcelona. We’re targeting 4,000 people. We’re attempting a Guinness World Record for the largest simultaneous multi-discipline live wellness session.

And after that — Madrid. Alicante. Ibiza. More cities. More mornings. More of this.

If you’ve been waiting for something like this, you’ve found it.

Get your tickets at wellnessrave.co
