What is Wellness Rave 3

Wellness Rave® 3 is happening on Sunday 14 June 2026 at SeaSeaClub in Poblenou, Barcelona.

A full day of yoga, breathwork, HIIT, cold exposure, silent disco, and live DJs including &Friends, from 10AM. After-party from 6PM until 2AM.

WR1 sold out. WR2 sold out. WR3 is the largest edition yet.

What is the Creator Pass

The Creator Pass is an invite-based program for health creators, fitness voices, wellness accounts, and Barcelona lifestyle creators who want to experience WR3 and bring their audience along.

Wellness Rave has always grown through people sharing a real experience with people who trust them. The Creator Pass is how we formalise that.

You’ll experience the full day. Your audience gets something too. We’ll walk you through everything when you get in touch.

People who post about morning routines, cold plunges, breathwork, recovery, and movement culture and mean it.
