Over 8,000 fruit trees are growing in Kenyan schoolyards right now. Every one of them started with someone buying a ticket to Spain’s biggest wellness festival in Barcelona.

When you buy a ticket to Wellness Rave, we plant 2 fruit trees in Kenya, with the support of two partners who handle the work on the ground: TreeSixty and Nature Lover. They plant the trees in schools across the country, and teach the kids how to plant, grow and look after them. Those trees give the communities food, shade, and a healthier place to grow up.

Here is the part we keep coming back to. Choosing your own well-being usually stops with you. Better sleep, a calmer head, a stronger body. All good, all yours. Wellness Rave 3 — June 14, Sea Sea Club

Wellness Rave 3 is a full-production morning festival: multiple stages, live DJs, a silent headphone system running simultaneously across zones, and four thousand people who came to feel something rather than just watch something.

The event runs on Saturday, June 14 at Sea Sea Club, one of Barcelona’s defining venues on the Mediterranean waterfront, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the Wellness Rave Afterparty from 6:00 PM until 2:00 AM.

If you spent Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at Sónar, June 14 morning is the event that closes the week correctly. If you are looking for something with the energy of a festival and a reason to wake up early instead of sleeping through the city, this is what that looks like.

The Stages and the Lineup

Wellness Rave 3 runs across multiple stages simultaneously, made possible by the silent headphone system that has been central to the event since the beginning. You choose your zone, your intensity, your pace.

Les Mills holds the Club Stage and Terrace for the full day. Four sessions: BODYCOMBAT at 10:00, BODYBALANCE at 11:30, BODYPUMP at 13:00, and LES MILLS HIIT at 15:00. Les Mills is one of the world’s leading fitness programming brands. The stage sponsor equivalent of a headliner.

The Wellness Playground runs alongside: yoga, a Yin Yoga and Sound Bath session, Pilates Core, breathwork, and the Regulation and Reset Zone, a dedicated space built around stillness inside an otherwise high-energy festival.

The Ice Bath Experience and Compression Recovery sessions are bookable through the Wellness Rave app. Capacity is limited. They fill.

The Silent Disco runs across zones using the wireless headphone system, so the music follows you through every part of the venue.

The Brands

lululemon opens the day. On June 14, lululemon hosts the Opening Ceremony of Wellness Rave 3 and releases the Wellness Rave x lululemon Summer Collection 2026, a highly limited drop exclusive to WR3 participants at Sea Sea Club.
