It started before the doors opened

8 AM on a Sunday. The main event wasn’t even open yet, and the Wellness Playground was already full.

Families with kids of all ages. A child psychologist guiding the room. Children laughing and moving at 8 in the morning. If you want to understand what Wellness Rave is actually about, that was the moment.

100-plus people ran to get there

While the Playground was running, a hundred-plus people were already moving toward the venue.

The IM8 x Inter Miami Challenge: a 5K run starting at Carrer de la Marina at 8:45. Midnight Runners Barcelona led the pack along the seafront, all paces, all the way to the doors of Sea Sea Club. lululemon opened the festival

10:00. Hundreds already waiting outside. Doors open.

lululemon led the Opening Ceremony: Breathdance, a breath-led movement session guided by Vesna Gino. Hundreds of people breathing together in the same room, at the same time, at the start of a Sunday. That is how you wake up before a ten-hour day.

Four floors running at once

Then everything opened.

Les Mills held their own stage from open to close: BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyAttack, Shapes, Les Mills Yoga, and a HYROX ceremony that left nothing on the floor. The Rooftop held Vinyasa yoga with lululemon, breathwork with SOMA Breath, Floor Barre, an Orangetheory lower body session, and Bachata to close the afternoon. The Workshop Stage ran meditation, stretching, an abs session, and a talk on human connection in the age of AI.

Inside one hour you could lift heavy, breathe, dance, and stretch. Most people did all four.

The Recovery Zone ran the whole day

Ice baths. Compression boots. Massage guns. Chair massages from Heaven Massage Barcelona.

Free for every guest, from 10 to 6. People stepped out of the cold plunge and walked straight back onto a dancefloor.

Strangers sat down at the same table

The Connection Zone is where the day got personal.

Brunch & Connect put strangers at themed tables of five and six, matched by what they wanted to talk about and who they wanted to meet. People opened up. People left with phone numbers. Between sessions, the talks ran: training like an athlete and applying it to business, building success on inner peace, and the science of the water you drink.

Nine DJs carried the whole day

Music ran from the first session to the last set.

Main Stage: &Friends, Moeaike, Sam Blacky, Hari, Lynna, and Sofia Pineda. Club Stage: Goom Gum, Rito Digital live, and Nesi. Electronic music under the Barcelona sun, moving people between workouts and dancefloors without anyone needing to leave.

At 6, the Sunset Rave

The activities wound down. The music didn’t.

The Sunset Rave took over as the pool opened and the people who had spent the whole day together decided they weren’t ready to go home. The same crowd that ran 5K at sunrise was still dancing when the sun went down over Port Fòrum.

One Sunday in Barcelona

Kids opened it. Runners earned it. lululemon set the energy. Nine DJs closed it out.

WR3 was the biggest wellness festival Spain has seen. WR1 sold out. WR2 sold out. WR3 sold out.

What actually happens

The morning starts with an Opening Ritual. Collective movement, music, and a gentle welcome to help everyone land in the space together.

Then it splits into four guided blocks:

Immersive theater. Through a silent disco storytelling experience called The Lost Colors City, children step into a shared narrative built around movement and collaborative play. Not passive watching. They build the story together. They leave knowing three or four names.

Parent reset. A guided meditation designed specifically for parents. Not a productivity hack. Not a parenting framework. Just a pause. A chance to sit inside a morning that isn’t running away from you.

Feel and flow. A parent and child connection session guided by a professional massage therapist. You may already play a version of this at home. Doctor, massage train, the one where your child takes care of you after a long day. This is that, but intentional. Yoga mats provided.

Opening and closing ritual. The morning begins and ends as a group. Movement, music, and a moment that makes the whole thing feel like more than a schedule.

The open play zone

Running throughout the entire morning. Sensory aware, intentionally calm, deeply playful:

• Baby zone. Calm sensory materials designed for nervous systems under two. A space where parents navigating the early years can also find each other.
• Expressive zone. A collaborative art space with an artist present. No pressure. No outcomes. Just making.
• Build zone. Oversized cushions, building materials, open ended physical play for children who need to move and construct.
• Regulation tent. A quiet sensory space available all morning for any child who needs to step back and regulate. Psychology informed staff present throughout.

Who is this for?

Families with children from 0 to 12. Single parents, grandparents, caregivers. All welcome. You come with whoever makes your family feel like family.

Capacity is intentionally limited. This is not a large format event. It’s designed to feel calm.

Children are already awake. The temperature is still comfortable. Energy is higher before the heat of the day arrives.

SeaSeaClub, Port Fòrum

SeaSeaClub is a beachfront venue at Port Fòrum, where the city meets the sea. Panoramic Mediterranean views, open air terraces, a pool, and the infrastructure to run a proper night with multiple stages. The outdoor stage is permanent. The production holds.

Wellness Rave chose this venue for WR3 because it works across all formats: morning festival, afternoon sessions, evening club. Sunset Rave benefits from all of it.

The Format

Sunset Rave is the evening chapter of Wellness Rave 3. The daytime programme, yoga, HIIT, breathwork, ice baths, DJ sets and wellness brand activations, runs from 10:00 at the same venue. Sunset Rave opens at 16:00 and runs until 00:00.

The two events share the venue but operate independently. Sunset Rave is a standalone rave in Barcelona on June 14: a three-stage electronic music night, open to anyone. Buy a separate ticket and arrive at 16:00.

That said, the full day to night combo is the cleanest option. Morning, afternoon warm-up, night out. One venue, one day.

Why This June

Barcelona's summer calendar in June is full of electronic music events, rooftop parties and one-night club nights. Most run in the same venues, same format.

Sunset Rave offers something different in the same window: open air plus indoor plus rooftop, a lineup with actual range, and daylight hours most club nights skip entirely. The 16:00 start is intentional. The June light at SeaSeaClub, with the Mediterranean right there, is part of the event.

Wellness Rave 3 — June 14, Sea Sea Club

Wellness Rave 3 is a full-production morning festival: multiple stages, live DJs, a silent headphone system running simultaneously across zones, and four thousand people who came to feel something rather than just watch something.

The event runs on Saturday, June 14 at Sea Sea Club, one of Barcelona’s defining venues on the Mediterranean waterfront, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the Wellness Rave Afterparty from 6:00 PM until 2:00 AM.

The Stages and the Lineup

Les Mills holds the Club Stage and Terrace for the full day. Four sessions: BODYCOMBAT at 10:00, BODYBALANCE at 11:30, BODYPUMP at 13:00, and LES MILLS HIIT at 15:00. Les Mills is one of the world’s leading fitness programming brands. The stage sponsor equivalent of a headliner.

The Wellness Playground runs alongside: yoga, a Yin Yoga and Sound Bath session, Pilates Core, breathwork, and the Regulation and Reset Zone, a dedicated space built around stillness inside an otherwise high-energy festival.

The Ice Bath Experience and Compression Recovery sessions are bookable through the Wellness Rave app. Capacity is limited. They fill.
